What is an Ad Management Solution?

Our Ad Management Solution is an ad server with enhanced features. The Ad Management Solution provides you with sophisticated tools and reports to manage your ad campaigns. These type of ad management tools and reports are usually only made available to publishers willing to pay a licensing fee to a services provider or who are willing to invest in ad serving software and hardware.

Why is RallyAd giving away free ad serving?

First and foremost, we want to empower you, the publisher to take control of your website. You will always be given the choice:

to join our member network.
to make your own ad content decisions.
to manage your own ads.
to accept or decline RallyAd Media content.
to utilize the services of our ad trafficking support - RallyAd Assist.

We want you to manage your own advertising on your website. By giving control back to you, the publisher, we are doing three things:

empowering you to make their own ad serving decisions.
fostering a community to share ideas and opinions for the benefit of all members of the network.
providing the publisher network with greater access to relevant advertisers as the publisher network grows.

Revenue from the ad content that you source and manage through our ad network, belongs to you, and you alone. Any ad content you “choose” to accept from us will be subject to a revenue share between our two parties. The growth of this publisher network will enable us to provide you with better targeted, higher yielding ads, which ultimately benefits all of the Publishers on the network.

What does RallyAd gain from providing these services?

We are about creating a community, with a common purpose, which is to help you to gain control of your online ad revenue. If we can do this, and also help ourselves in the process, then everyone wins. As this publisher network grows, we will have the opportunity to grow with you:

by offering you advertising directly from RallyAd Media on a revenue share basis.
by providing you with a “premium” ad targeting service. Based on the aggregated knowledge of the entire network, we will provide a behavioral targeting offering to you. We are currently developing these analytics, and expect to provide this as a “premium” service later this year.
by offering you the support of RallyAd Assist, we can help you with your ad campaign management for a nominal hourly rate.
by giving you access to our publisher network, we will also provide you with the opportunity to introduce your direct advertisers to the entire publisher network. For this right, you will participate in a revenue share with the other Publisher(s), and we will earn a network access fee based on a percentage (%) of this ad revenue.

For any of the above, you may choose to accept or decline any service offering or choose whether you wish to participate in any of the above programs. If you simply want to use the Ad Management Solution, we are more than happy to provide this service to you, with no obligation on your part.

Is there a minimum traffic volume required before I can signup?

No, there is no minimum traffic volume required for you to sign up and use our free Ad Management Solution. Only if you opt-in to RallyAd Media, do minimums apply. Visit the RallyAd Media section for details.

Is there a maximum limit to the traffic volume that RallyAd can take?

There is no maximum. Our Ad Management Solution can handle billions of impressions every month. We are constantly expanding our network to accommodate more traffic.

What if I don’t want to put RallyAd Media's advertising on my site?

RallyAd Media is an opt-in program. You, the Publisher, are not obliged to accept any of the advertising that we may offer directly to you. Whether or not you accept advertising from us, will have no impact on your RallyAd Ad Management Solution account or use of RallyAd Assist.

Will I ever have to pay for RallyAd Ad Management Solution?

No, we are committed to keeping our free services, “free”.

What do I need to do to get an account and how long is the approval process?

To get an account, simply complete the online application form. We will contact you by email or phone within two to three days to inform you of your acceptance with the publisher network, at which time, we will provide you with a Password and User ID.

What if I need assistance with setting up my ad server or with campaign setup?

You can use the online documentation provided, which can be accessed once you have logged in to your account. If you are still having problems, you can contact us at support@rallyad.com or by calling 604-874-4991. If you need further assistance please contact us about our RallyAd Assist program.

Where can I go for support?

We provide online documentation that has step-by-step instructions on how to manage your RallyAd Ad Managemant account. If you are still having problems please contact us about the RallyAd Assist program.

Who do I contact if I think there is a problem with the ad server?

If you think there is a problem with the RallyAd Ad Management Solution, please contact us immediately at (+1) 604-874-4991 or by email at support@rallyad.com. Please put “URGENT” in the subject line of your email. We will quickly resolve the technical matter and contact you to inform you when the matter has been resolved.

I’ve lost my password how do I get a new one?

For security reasons, we do not provide an automated system for resetting your Password. If you have lost your Password please email us at support@rallyad.com. Please include your user name, the domain of the site you used when you registered with RallyAd. We will contact you to confirm your identity and provide you with a new Password.

How do I run an ad campaign?

Our online documentation will explain to you how to setup and manage your ad campaigns.

Why should I join your network?

We want to give you the opportunity to join a publisher network and enjoy the benefits of a sophisticated ad management platform, without the initial upfront or ongoing costs of other ad management software. We want you to:

flight and manage your own ad campaign.
utilize reporting tools and analyze your ad campaigns to better monetize your website.
have the choice of accepting or declining any advertisers we may present to you, and who may want to serve ads to your website in the future.
participate in a publisher network community for the purpose of sharing ideas and opinions between community members.

Do I need to flight all of my campaigns through the RallyAd Ad Management Solution?

The most effective method of managing your ad inventory is to use a single ad management system for all your ad revenue sources. Our Ad Management Solution is compatible with all the major ad networks and ad servers (see list) making it the right solution for all your campaigns. However, if you decide that you do not want to manage all of your campaigns with us, we respect your decision to manage certain ads or campaigns independent of RallyAd, after all, our solution is all about “choice”.

What does the RallyAd Ad Management Solution do for me?

Our Ad Management Solution provides you with a powerful ad management software and platform. This is a free ad serving platform we provide you, so that you can take control of your website. With our ad management tools, you can perform the following :

manage banners of varying sizes across different websites.
analyze your ad campaigns with statistics about your ad content, including specific ad campaigns, advertisers, publishers, banners and zone analysis.
manage your campaigns with user and site based targeting, impression or click limited campaigns, banner capping, time limited campaigns, and campaign prioritization, just to name some of our core tools.

Without this service, publishers with their own ad content, would be required to invest in their own ad management network or purchase a third party application or license. By becoming a member of our publisher network, we can provide you with the same ad management tools that would normally cost a publisher, such as yourself, a significant monthly or annual investment, at zero cost to you.
